Hrudkovitost je patrn\u00e1 a\u017e p\u0159i zv\u011bt\u0161en\u00ed, pouh\u00fdm okem t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 nezaznamateln\u00e1) a tak\u00e9 po\u010dtem vrstev, kter\u00fdmi je model tvo\u0159en. Tyto vrstvy jsou patrn\u00e9 p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm na modelu, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 plochy s m\u00edrn\u00fdm stoup\u00e1n\u00edm \u010di kles\u00e1n\u00edm (nap\u0159. model k\u0159\u00eddla z letadla). Na takov\u00fdch m\u00edstech jsou potom viditeln\u00e9 jemn\u00e9 hrbolky podobn\u00e9 drobn\u00fdm sch\u016fdk\u016fm nebo \u201eletokruh\u016fm\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00fdb\u011br kvality povrchu v\u00e1m umo\u017en\u00ed m\u011bnit tlou\u0161\u0165ku vrstev, ve kter\u00fdch se bude v\u00e1\u0161 projekt tisknout. \u010c\u00edm ten\u010d\u00ed vrstva t\u00edm se kvalita povrchu zvy\u0161uje, aleje zapot\u0159eb\u00ed v\u00edce vrstev k vypln\u011bn\u00ed cel\u00e9ho modelu a tedy i \u010das pot\u0159ebn\u00fd k vytisknut\u00ed cel\u00e9ho modelu. P\u0159i pou\u017eit\u00ed velmi tenk\u00fdch vrstev jsou m\u00e9n\u011b patrn\u00e9 jemn\u00e9 sch\u016fdky, kter\u00e9 jsou viditeln\u00e9 zejm\u00e9na p\u0159i pozvoln\u00e9m stoup\u00e1n\u00ed v modelu, ale bohu\u017eel roste i po\u010det vrstev a tedy roste line\u00e1rn\u011b i \u010das pot\u0159ebn\u00fd k vyti\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed cel\u00e9ho projektu. Dvojn\u00e1sobek vrstev znamen\u00e1 dvojn\u00e1sobek \u010dasu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Na\u0161e stroje um\u00ed tisknout vrstvy od tlou\u0161\u0165ky 12 mikron\u016f (0.012 mm) co\u017e je ten\u010d\u00ed ne\u017e pap\u00edr a lidsk\u00fd vlas. P\u0159i tomto nastaven\u00ed je v\u0161ak \u010dasto t\u0159eba n\u011bkolika tis\u00edc vrstev pro vypln\u011bn\u00ed cel\u00e9ho modelu a tak ne\u00fam\u011brn\u011b roste i \u010das (nen\u00ed neobvykl\u00e9 \u017ee p\u0159i tomto nastaven\u00ed doba tisku vzroste na n\u011bkolik dn\u00ed \u010di t\u00fdden). Na\u0161e stroje um\u00ed tisknout tak\u00e9 vrstvy desetkr\u00e1t tlust\u0161\u00ed (120 mikron\u016f), ale toto je vhodn\u00e9 pouze pro tvorbu koncep\u010dn\u00edch model\u016f, kterou se nezab\u00fdv\u00e1me. Nastaven\u00ed vhodn\u00e9 pro zlatnick\u00e9, zdravotn\u00ed, dent\u00e1ln\u00ed, model\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 a jin\u00e9 detailn\u00ed modely je 12, 25 a 38 mikron\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Je t\u011b\u017ek\u00e9 si ud\u011blat p\u0159edstavu o rozd\u00edlu mezi jednotliv\u00fdm nastaven\u00edm, pokud od n\u00e1s nem\u00e1te vzorky na porovn\u00e1n\u00ed. Proto jsme pro v\u00e1s vytvo\u0159ili rendery a fotografie, kter\u00e9 v\u00e1m pomohou se mezi jednotliv\u00fdm nastaven\u00edm rozhodnout.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Zde jsou rendery a fotografie na\u0161eho firemn\u00edho vzorku je\u017eka. Tak\u00e9, pokud jsou va\u0161e sou\u010d\u00e1stky velmi mal\u00e9 (pod 5mm) a p\u0159esto detailn\u00ed, je vhodn\u00e9 pou\u017e\u00edt tuto technologii. Toto nastaven\u00ed nen\u00ed vhodn\u00e9 pro v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed (p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed) modely. Takt\u00e9\u017e ho nedoporu\u010duji pro zlatnick\u00e1 d\u00edla (a jin\u00e1 d\u00edla vy\u017eaduj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159\u00edm\u00e9 odl\u00e9v\u00e1n\u00ed do kovu), jeliko\u017e s\u00e1dra, do kter\u00e9 se posl\u00e9ze model odl\u00e9v\u00e1 a takt\u00e9\u017e zlato m\u00e1 v\u011bt\u0161inou hrub\u0161\u00ed povrch ne\u017e vyti\u0161t\u011bn\u00fd model. Tak\u00e9 rozd\u00edl mezi technologi\u00ed 12 a 25 mikron\u016f je t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 neznateln\u00fd. Pokud ov\u0161em je va\u0161e sou\u010d\u00e1stka model auta v m\u011b\u0159\u00edtku 1\/72 nebo men\u0161\u00edm a jeho volant velk\u00fd 2mm by byl v technologii 25 mikron\u016f vyti\u0161t\u011bn pouze ve 4 vrstv\u00e1ch je potom samoz\u0159ejm\u011b rozd\u00edl, kdy\u017e je volant vyj\u00e1d\u0159en 8 vrstvami v technologii 12 mikron\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 id=\"jemne_25_um\">Jemn\u00e9 (25 \u00b5m)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Je nejpou\u017e\u00edvan\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a univerz\u00e1ln\u00ed volba. Vhodn\u00fd pro v\u0161echny zlatnick\u00e9, dent\u00e1ln\u00ed, zdravotnick\u00e9, model\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 a jin\u00e9 modely.
